Journalists and Photographers

Whilst we are happy to provide information to journalists or photographers, the law in the DPRK is very strict with regards to journalists or photographers (of any capacity) entering the country using a tourist visa. Therefore, to minimise the risk of Taedong Travel falling foul of the law, which could not only result in the company being barred from operating within the DPRK, but also put the welfare of those we work with at KITC in jeopardy, we therefore ask that any types of journalist or photographer DO NOT APPLY for a visa with Taedong Travel - please contact the North Korean consulate of your country.

Journalists and photographers are very welcome to leave their details with us and if in the future there is a change in government policy with regards to journalists or photographers, then we will immediately post the information with regards to the policy change onto the website.
